Online card payment $4 or 3% Surcharge (whichever is Higher) is Applicable. All Bookings are confirmed subject to payment online. This confirmation is valid for 3 days only. Seat available at time of confirmation and is only reserved upon receipt of payment on a first in, first served basis. payments MUST be received within THREE days after booking is made. This will make it easy for us to link up the payments with the bookings. All bookings being made within three days of the transfer date should follow the following procedure:
Call our office to confirm, if there is a space available.
Once confirmed; then Proceed Immediately to booking; and make an Immediate online payment. (*Please insure to take screen shot and share it with us on email) to secure the seat.
After submitting the booking, click on "Make a Payment" page on our website and follow instructions for payment.
Passengers MUST be present at the pickup point well before 1500 hrs. If you are late and miss the bus, you will need to make your own way to the Meditation Centre.
No Cancellation/No Refunds/No Swaps with other participants allowed. ONLY exception to the rule is: If one pays "one way" and fails to use the journey going towards the Meditation Centre; then the same person could use it COMING back from the Meditation Centre to Auckland City. This person MUST call Shuttle Bus on 09 275 8888 to get included on the return shuttle Bus to guarantee a seat for Himself / Herself.
If not enough people i.e. minimum 5 Persons, then the total fare of $275 must be shared among remaining passengers to travel TO or FROM the centre.
** Airport Transfer from and to Centre is from Domestic Airport after completing the Pickup or Drop off in Auckland city; the Bus will continue to the Airport. Please allow a minimum of 2.5 hours from the pick-up time at Vipassana Centre (present Schedule: (0930 hrs Departure) to reach Auckland Domestic Airport (around 1200 hrs).
