Extra Charges

1. All transfers where the start/end journey is NOT between the airport and residential address, a payment MUST be made in advance.
2. Payment is online mode only. CASH can only be accepted with Prior arrangement at the discretion of the Manager. All online card payments will incur a $4 or 3% surcharge (whichever is higher).
3. One check-in not more than 23 kgs (NZ Health & safety regulations requirements) and one carry-on bag per person included in Shuttle fare.
   Each extra piece of luggage will be charged $5 per item.
4. Detailed extra charges: suitcases, golf bags & prams - $5 Per Item. 
   Surf boards & Bike boxes - $10 Per Item.
5. Any heavy unlisted items will be quoted on when informed Prior to the transfer by passenger.
6. Any uninformed oversized luggage will be charged accordingly at the time of pickup. $5 per Item to be Paid in CASH before the start of the Transfer. 
7. Soiling/Rubbishing the shuttle bus in any form incurs $150 cleaning charges.
8. All Arrival services will be "Meet and Greet" transfers incurring $10 extra from the above given prices.
9. For international arrivals, driver will aim to arrive half hour from flight arrival time and wait up to an hour. Any additional waiting will be charged accordingly.
10. All jobs that are performed between 22.00hrs and 06.00hrs a $10 after hours surcharge will be charged.
11. $5 surcharge applies to all bookings on a Public Holiday.
12. All additional pick-ups will be charged extra accordingly (starting from $15 per pickup).
13. All extra waiting time during arrival pick up of over 15 minutes will be charged at $10 every 15 minutes.
14. All transfers from Cruise/Ferry Terminals and Train/Bus Stations will be treated as an "Arrival" transfer and will be charged accordingly.
15.  Bookings Made Urgently or within 48 hours of the Arrival or Departure time will be treated as [Direct Exclusive Transfers] and charged accordingly.
